Can I use the soundbanks commercially?

Yes, you are allowed to use the soundbanks in your commercial projects, including music and sound design for movies, games, and other similar purposes, without prior permission from Mintona Audio.

However, redistributing or repackaging any of the provided content is strictly prohibited. Additionally, using any of the demo material, such as melodies or chords provided as examples, is also prohibited.

Where can I get Vital?

You can download Vital from the official website of its developer, Vital Audio. It is available for Windows, macOS, and Linux.

How do I install a Vital soundbank?

Step 1: Open the Vital and click on the hamburger button.

Step 2: Click on "Import Bank".

Step 3: Locate the .vitalbank file in the dialog box.

Step 4: Done! Enjoy your creations.

Why can't I play multiple notes at the same time with certain presets?

Some presets in certain soundbanks may be monophonic. Monophonic patches are indicated by "(Monophonic)" or "(M)" after their name. By "monophonic" we mean they can only produce one musical voice at a time. This is because Vital does not currently support polyphonic effects.

We recommend using multiple instanses for different voices. For example, if you want a 3-voice chord, use a different Vital instanse for each voice. Unfortunately, this is currently the only solution. However, if Vital adds a polyphonic effects feature, we will update all patches accordingly.

I have changed my decision. Can I receive a refund?

We do not offer refunds, and all purchases are final. To avoid any issues, we recommend reading all available information and listening to demos before making a purchase. We also offer free products that are derived from paid ones, which can serve as demos. We suggest trying the free products first to get an idea of the products before making a purchase.

However, if you believe you have a valid reason, such as the product not functioning or experiencing technical difficulties, please contact us at hello@mintonaaudio.com within 14 days of purchase. We will do our best to assist you.

I have lost my download link. How can I get a new one?

If you have lost your download link, please contact us at hello@mintonaaudio.com. We will send you a new link as soon as possible. The new link will be sent to the email address you used for the order. Please make sure to provide the email address you used for the order.
